About Easy Connect Festoon Harness Our Easy Connect modular festoon lighting system offers great opportunities to create decorative and functional lighting displays for both interior and outdoor use.
The individual harnesses are manufactured in 5m long sections each with 8 ES lamp holders, they can connect together directly to create a continual lighting string with all lamps equally spaced, alternatively the harnesses can be used in conjunction with the range of connectors and splitters which are available from the accessory range. Limitless designs can be achieved to create lighting schemes which are suitable for almost all situations indoors or out, decorative or functional.
Lamps used and supplied with this system are 18w Halogen Golf Ball Lamps in clear or translucent colours.
Options In all cases the festoon harnesses require a power supply cord which is purchased separately, there are two options available. Up to 3600w can be operated from a single power supply cord. This means you can create a single line of festoon up to 125m The range of extension cables and connectors enable you to design the most intricate design layouts.
Some design examples and ideas If you want to increase the distance from the power supply to the first lamp you simply choose the basic extension cables these range for 0.5m to 10m in length.You can use the basic extension cables between the actual lighting festoon harness should you require a break without light and pick up the lights a distance away

Remote Switching and Dimming Two control boxes are available in the Easy Connect range, one is used with a remote fob this allows you to switch the light circuit on and off and also dim the lamps. Alternately you can use the remote switching box so you can activate the lights switching them on and off with remote radio controlled wall mounted switches.
