Our collection of commercial planters offers a wide range of solutions allowing to add floral displays to the urban environment. Urban planners strive to select the best way to showcase the environment, to host luxuriant vegetation, floral arrangements or the contemporary elegance of discretely trimmed shrubbery. These small areas of bounded, clean and stand-alone gardens give the city-dweller a breath of fresh air during their urban travels. Because every need is different, we offer multiple definitions depending on the models: varied sizes and volumes, removable containers, water tanks, filling tubes and separating fabric, stability adjustment to compensate for irregular ground. The access, use, care and maintenance (easy to replace individual parts and slats) have been designed to make the work of city services easier. Some of our planters have been created by major designers, leaving a choice between functional units or more decorative approaches.
This range of products is carefully prepared before the final coating is applied. Surface preparation: Cast iron: zinc coating (NF EN ISO 2063 standard) / Aluminium: phosphating passivating / Steel: hot dip galvanisation (NF EN ISO 1461), zinc coating (NF EN ISO 2063) / Certified origin timber: varnish sanding, sanding, drying and application of paint or surface treatment. Coating: cast iron, aluminium, steel: application of a thermosetting polyester powder coat in RAL shades. The PIXEON technique makes it possible to copy picture compositions or photos onto certain flat elements, including CEANO planters (see PIXEON section).
The Materials
There are many combinations of materials: grey or ductile cast iron, elements cast in this material have long-lasting resistance. The certified origin timber selected within these products meet the most demanding requirements in terms of humidity content and dimensional stability. They are surface treated using a technique approved by the CRITT.
For the CEANOline, we propose PERMASTENresin slats that faithfully imitate wood and are especially long-lasting.
